Razor Rash/Burn Treatment
Hey guys recently I was in a hurry to get ready and leave but still needed to shave my legs, my shaving cream was in our other bathroom and I remember reading that you could use conditioner to shave as well. So, I did this from my ankle up to the top of my knee... and the results was the WORST ever razor rash I've ever gotten. It did not help that I was not aware that it had done so, and after I got out of the shower I put lotion on my legs and boy, did it sting like heck! I've been looking up razor rash treatments all weekend because school starts next week and my legs aren't looking so hot. Pretty much all of the so called "solutions" were how to prevent it. Now if I had known how to do that my legs wouldn't be polka dotted with red dots. But anyway finally I found something-Honey. You just barely wet your legs and the rub honey into them. Now, the articular said to leave it on and not wash it off but I never listen and washed it off after a hour and my legs are much better and I have been repeating this twice a day. You can also do this with your face and it works as a moisturizer very well!

Pop Corn DON'T!
Hey guys, so new fact I just learned that really makes me think. Apparently bagged popcorn has a chemical called Diacetyl (die-a-see-tul) that is linked to Alzheimer's and some types of lung cancer. This chemical can lead to an increase in protein clumping, which intoxicates nerve cells, and is a sign of Alzheimer's. It also breaks down a wall in the brain that keeps out toxic and hazardous materials. Diacetyl is what gives the bagged popcorn the smell and taste of butter. But don't stop reading here because scientists have only tested it in test tubes and not on humans, also some major brands have already taken Diacetyl out of their popcorn. So before you and your friends enjoy a buttery snack for your sleepover movie night check the ingredients and steer clear of Diacetyl! Enter our contest, and become a member of OhMySparkle!!!

How to Set your Eyeliner
Hey guys so today i'll be showing you how to set your eyeliner so it doesn't bleed or smear. Hope this helps!
Things You Need:Flat headed lay down eye shadow brush
Eye shadow, same color as your skin or a shade lighter.
How To:
Dip the brush into the powder to load up both sides.Place the brush in a vertical position below the liner then press and sweep it from one corner to the other. This will set it and keep it from bleeding downward throughout the day. With the same brush, this time without eye shadow, sweep back over the area to really blend it in.

New Skin Routine
Hey guys, so for some reason after using the wave for about 4 weeks my face started breaking out really bad and it wouldn't go away. So I was at target and I remembered that I needed more Proactive toner. They obviously don't sell it at target so I got Clean&Clear deep cleaning astringent for sensitive skin and Clean&Clear Blackhead eraser scrub oil-free. And I use the Blackhead eraser for 2 days then wait 2 days then use for 2 days- you get it. I use the toner 3 to 4 times a day- make sure after you use the toner (deep cleaning astringent) you put moisturizer on your face because it will dry out your face if you don't. I have to say my face is as zit free as it has been this entire summer. It also works fast unlike proactive. I have no negative comments about these products and so far am loving them, I would recommend them to you. If you have dry skin be careful with the toner. Hope you enjoy!

Poll Results
You're chilling at the pool when a cute guy and his friend sit two chairs over, what do you do?
Continue to read your magazine
|
4 (30%)
|
Scoot over to the chair next to them and smile at the guy next to you
|
5 (38%)
|
Walk over and introduce yourself then start up a conversation
|
2 (15%)
|
You and your friend go over and ask if they want to play chicken
|
2 (15%)

Hey guys! Those are the poll results, after I put up the "Poll Lies" post I did notice some votes change, so i'm glad y'all were honest. I am surprised that more people picked option A than B but that might just be me that's all shy. What I wonder is are y'all like me where you are less shy around people who you don't know or are y'all more shy around people you don't know. When are you more confident?? What things and
situations make you nervous and shy? Check for new polls and posts!

Touch Closet
Sorry guys I haven't been posting I've been playing with this app on my ipod. It's called touch closet.
And its this really cool app that I LOVE! So what you do is take photos of all your clothes (I know I know it did take forever but its worth it), and then you catoragize them by color, occasion, and or type and sub type. You can scroll through your closet and click the days when you wear it. It will tell you when your wore it and you can add descriptions and brand names. It really helps on those days when you just don't know what to wear or feel like you are wearing things over again. It took me 2 days to take photos of all my clothes, accessories, and shoes though. You can also make outfits by dragging the items together. I would recommend this app and give it a 7/10. Hope you enjoy and try it!!!!!!

New Clothes BARGINS
Hey guys, So I just got back from Plato's Closet and they were having a $1.00 sale so I thought i'd show y'all some stuff I got.
Tube top dress, it looks short in the pic but its right at my knees. I wear it by itself with gladiators, or with boots and a little jacket for the fall. $1.00
I paired this with royal blue skinny Capri with a black cardigan and the gray converse, I'll wear it without the cardigan outside the school. $1.00
I wear this tucked into a cute skirt with boots or sandals, this one was actually $5.00 not $1.00 The necklace was $1.00.
$8.00!!!! They are usually $36.00! They are a little big but I got them anyway cause they're such a good deal.
My awesome scarf that I can wear as a swim cover up or a shawl as well.
What are your opinions on how to pair these items?

Craving Control
Hey guys, So today I was like extremely hungry, no matter how much I ate. Let's see it's 5:26 pm and I've already had
4 slices of french toast
1 packet of roman noodles <3 them!
2 packs of those little special K crisps (they taste like chocolate pop tarts, but they're better for you! :) )
Like 4 handfuls of peanuts (Lightly salted of course)
1 granola bar
8 tumbler cups of water
1 banana and 1 apple
1 can of raviolis
And I think that's it but I'm STILL hungry, I couldn't figure out why until... I found this on PINTEREST!
Apparently I am low on Tyrosine and Tryptophan.... whatever that is.
